Harvested and pressed in the spring 2017. The picture of the dog symbolizes the year (in the Chinese zodiac) 2018 when it was packaged. A dark Pu Erh, produced from Gushu tea trees that are over 80 years old. It gives a smooth, full-bodied infusion with nutty notes and sweetish round aftertaste. The tea cake is ready for consumption or further aging/ripening.
