This coffee has been produced from a co-operative of small holder farmers in the region around Mount Kenya. We have sourced this coffee as green beans and roasted in our Bath store to ensure the freshest flavour!

After harvesting, they undergo a wet processing method, where the outer cherry is removed, and the beans are fermented, washed, and carefully dried. This precise processing method contributes to the coffee’s superior quality and clean cup profile.
