Postage costs are calculated by the weight of the whole order, including packaging.

up to 1.5kg = £4.70
1.61kg – 16kg =£7.95

*Postage is calculated according to weight. In most cases, we use the Royal Mail’s first class postage service or DHL’s next day service. Please note, these are not guaranteed or tracked services. We try to ensure that this is current and accurate but reserve the right to amend if necessary. Depending on your country of residence, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Teahouse Emporium, Royal Mail, DHL or any other independent shipping carrier can not be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Teahouse Emporium has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Teahouse Emporium, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a GBP amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.

 

RETURNS:

Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost, excluding postage costs.
