Teahouse Emporium provides access to the teahousemporium.co.uk and teahouseofbath.co.uk websites and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Dispatch:
Goods should be dispatched within three working days of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within five working days , we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or a partial shipment of your order or an alternative product.

Returns:
Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.

Pricing and availability:
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on the website, there are occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.

Postage

Postage is calculated according to weight. In most case’s we use the Royal Mail’s first class postage service. We try to ensure that this is current and accurate but reserve the right to amend if neccessary.

Depending on your country of residence you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Teahouse Emporium, Royal Mail or any other independent shipping carrier can not be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Teahouse Emporium has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Teahouse Emporium, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a GBP amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.

Teahouse Emporium reserves the right to refuse accsess to the website, terminate accounts,remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause,the website or access to it be impaired in any way. Neither may you cause it to be changed or modified in any way.

Losses

Teahouse Emporium will not be responsible for any loss arising from the use of this website or in respect to the purchase of any goods hereunder.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
