This delicious single estate tea is grown in the western highlands of Sri Lanka at 1400m above sea level. The area around Dimbula Uduwela has long been famous for its high quality tea gardens. The soil is rich in minerals and the excellent climatic conditions, help with producing the highest quality tea!
The large leaves give an infusion with a rich brown colour and a smooth and well-balanced flavour.
Origin: Sri Lanka
Leaf Grade: OP Orange Pekoe (large leaf)
Preparation: Use freshly boiled filtered water 100°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup.
Infuse 2-3 min without milk
4-5 min with milk
