Vanilla Chai
Our in house Vanilla Chai blend is a twist on a traditional Chai. Combining black tea with a variety of spices and vanilla flavour; this infusion offers a rich brew that has a natural sweetness which compliments the traditional Chai spices.

Ingredients: Black tea, cinnamon pieces (min 5%), cloves (min 3%), red pepper (min 3%), aroma, pieces of ginger (min 3%), whole cardamom (min 2%), vanilla aroma (min 0.9%), cornflowers.

Preparation: Use filtered and freshly boiled water 100°C
Allow 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 300ml cup +1 for the pot.
Infuse for 2-3 min without milk
4-5 min with milk
