A high grade of Chinese red (black tea) produced in Yunnan province.
This type of tea is made from a broad-leaf variety of the tea bush which produces big golden buds.
The infusion is smooth offering a flavour reminiscent of rich tobacco with a maple syrup finish.

Preparation: 
Use filtered and freshly boiled water 100°C
Allow 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 200ml cup +1 for the pot. Infuse for 3-5 min.
