Peppermint contains vitamins A and C, manganese, fibre, iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. It can help to calm upset stomachs and to relieve IBS symptoms. It can help to sooth and relax muscles when inhaled or applied on the skin.
Preparation: Use freshly boiled filtered water 100°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup. Infuse for 5-8min.
