A dried mandarin peel filled with Sheng (green/raw) Pu Erh. The Pu Erh is scented from being left to age within the mandarin skin. The infusion is golden-yellow with grassy, green earth tones and a light citrus flavour.

Tea Origin: Yunnan, China
Preparation:
Unpeel the mandarin skin and break off 1 teaspoon of tea (roughly 2g) per 200ml cup. We recommend not using the peel.
Use filtered and freshly boiled water 80°C Infuse for 3min.

Pu Erh is unique in many ways. It’s an aged tea that is teeming in microbes gained during its manufacturing process – think yogurt and you will get the idea. Chinese medicine has long revered the healing powers of this tea. Pu Erh is thought to help aid weight loss, boost the immune system and has a cleansing and detoxing effect due to the high amount of antioxidants.
